Spinach Spaghetti 750grs [Iglo]
To make this Esparregado, Iglo harvested the spinach at the right time of ripeness and incorporated it into this delicious recipe. From the garden to your kitchen, Iglo's Esparregado is made with raw spinach that cooks while you prepare it, giving this recipe a unique colour and flavour. Delicious and ready in just a few minutes, Iglo's Asparagus is the perfect accompaniment to your meals.
In a non-stick frying pan, add the desired mini portions of Asparagus, without defrosting. Leave to cook over a low heat, stirring frequently (at this stage the Asparagus still has a liquid consistency). Once it has started to boil, cook for a further 2 minutes. In this way, the Esparregado will thicken and take on its usual consistency.
In the microwave:
Without defrosting, add the desired portions of Esparregado to a microwave-safe container. Cover the container with cling film or a microwave-safe lid. For 1 portion (150g) heat at 750W for 3 minutes, open the microwave and stir vigorously, then heat for a further 1 minute and stir again at the end. For 2 portions (300g) heat at 750W 5 minutes, open the microwave and stir vigorously, then heat again for a further 2 minutes and stir again at the end.
NOTE: These times are approximate, depending on the power of your microwave. Warning: To prevent the spread from becoming too liquid, it is important to stir the product vigorously during preparation until it reaches the desired consistency.
