Peas (375 g) [Iglo]
Peas are an important source of vitamins, especially folic acid. Consuming folic acid is beneficial as it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. To preserve all their nutritional value, we recommend cooking your peas with little water.
In the oven:
Without defrosting, place 160 g of peas in a microwave-safe container and add one tablespoon of water. Heat for 4 minutes at 650 W.
In the pan:
Place a saucepan on the heat with a little water and salt. When the water starts to boil, add the peas. Once it boils again, let the peas cook over low heat for 8 minutes.
