Spinach Leaves 450 g [Iglo]
Did you know that as soon as vegetables are harvested, they start to lose vitamins? That's why Iglo takes special care with its spinach, freezing it on the day of harvest so that it retains the maximum amount of vitamins. Nutritious and easy to digest, spinach is an important source of vitamins and is rich in Vitamin A.
For 2 portions, place in a microwave-safe container and add 5 tablespoons of water. Set the microwave to 750W and cook for 6 minutes.
NOTE: These times are approximate, depending on the power of your microwave.
Traditional way:
Place the minimum amount of water needed to cover the spinach in a medium saucepan and season with salt to taste. When the water starts to boil, add the desired portions and stir frequently. Once they have thawed, cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
