Captain Iglo's Forníssimo Douradinhos are crispy and flavoursome in the oven and guarantee a balanced, tantrum-free meal at the table. Made with hake fillet, the Douradinhos are wrapped in a delicious breadcrumb coating and are thinner for faster cooking in the oven.

Heat the oven to a high temperature (220ºC). Without defrosting, place the Douradinhos in the middle of the oven and bake for 13 minutes until golden brown. Halfway through cooking, turn the Douradinhos over.
NOTE : The times mentioned are taken as average values, depending on the type of oven used.
In the frying pan:
Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (170ºC) on both sides for 4 minutes over a low heat.
In the fryer:
Without defrosting, fry in oil previously heated to 180ºC for 3 to 4 minutes.
