Broccoli (533g) [Iglo]
Give your family more vitamins! Did you know that as soon as vegetables are harvested, they start to lose vitamins? That's why Iglo takes special care with its broccoli, freezing it as soon as possible on the day of harvest so that it retains as many vitamins as possible.
To preserve all its nutritional value, we recommend preparing broccoli in very little water.
Put the broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water. Bring to the boil again and cook for 10 minutes.
Without defrosting, place the broccoli in a microwave-safe container and add two tablespoons of water. Set the power to 750W and cook for 5 minutes. Open the microwave, stir the broccoli and switch it back on for another 5 minutes.
