Vegetable preparation (48%) [water, concentrated SOYBEAN protein, textured WHEAT protein (WHEAT protein, WHEAT flour), isolated SOYBEAN protein, WHEAT GLUTEN, SOYBEAN flour, WHEAT starch], water, sunflower oil, potato protein, palm fat, thickener (methylcellulose), flavourings, tapioca starch, salt, dehydrated vinegar (alcohol vinegar, acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide)), beetroot juice, psyllium fibre, spices (white pepper, black pepper), CEVADA malt extract, maltodextrin, acidifiers (malic acid, citric acid), citrus fibre, colour (paprika extract), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), ferric diphosphate (ferric pyrophosphate), vitamin B12. May contain other cereals containing gluten.
Preparation

Heat a frying pan without oil. Cook the defrosted product for 8-9 minutes over a medium heat, turning every 2 minutes. For best results, use a non-stick frying pan. If the product is frozen, the cooking time will be 12-14 minutes. The temperature inside the product should reach at least 72ºC for one minute.
