Among the white and pink flowers is the mango: a fruit rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. We wanted to create a sorbet that combines the sweetness of Indian mango and the freshness of Sparea® spring water. This vortex of flavour is refreshing even on the hottest summer day!

Since ancient times, this fruit has been called the “food of the gods” for its goodness and beneficial powers. We use fruit from the Alphonso variety. The fruit is highly sweet, rich in juice and capable of leaving even the most sceptical speechless.
SPREA® SPRINGS WATER
Yes, you read that correctly. Like you, we choose to make our ice creams and Sicilian granita with water from the “Sparea®” springs. This water is born in a unique niche in the Piedmontese Alps and is extremely light and pure - ideal to accompany the organic farm fruit, Mura Mura®. We're a bit crazy... but you can certainly taste the difference!
