Stew (650g) [Iglo]
A balanced combination of peas, green beans, potatoes and carrots, the Iglo Gardener is the ideal solution for your salads or stews. We've selected the best vegetables, frozen them as quickly as possible so that they retain all their freshness, and made this mix, ready to use in your cooking.
To preserve all its nutritional value, we recommend preparing Jardineira in very little water.
In the microwave:
For 2 portions (200g) Without defrosting, place the product in a microwave-safe container and add 3 tablespoons of water. Microwave at 750W for 7 minutes.
In the pan:
Bring a pan to the boil with a little salted water and when it starts to boil add the contents of the packet. Once it's boiling again, cook for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain the water.
