Stuffed Spinach Fillets (3 pcs.) [Iglo]

Iglo's Stuffed Fillets combine the best fish with a creamy filling and a crunchy coating. This is the recipe for irresistible flavour. A delicious fish meal, easy to prepare in the oven and with perfect results every time.
Preheat the oven to 225ºC / 200ºC circulating air. Without defrosting, place the fish fillets on a baking tray (without a base) lined with greaseproof paper in the middle of the oven. Cook for 16-18 minutes.
NOTE : The times mentioned are taken as average values, depending on the type of oven used.
In the frying pan:
This product has been specially designed for cooking in the oven, but it can also be fried. Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (180ºC) on both sides for 8 - 10 minutes over a low heat.
