In the oven:
Without defrosting, place 160 g of peas in a microwave-safe container and add one tablespoon of water. Heat for 4 minutes at 650 W.
In the pan:
Place a saucepan on the heat with a little water and salt. When the water starts to boil, add the peas. Once it boils again, let the peas cook over low heat for 8 minutes.
