Captain Iglo's Chicken Doradinhos are made with 100% chicken breast and wrapped in a delicious breadcrumb coating that stays crispy when cooked in the oven. A fun way to savour chicken with the family.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC/200ºC circulating air. Cook on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes. Turn the Douradinhos halfway through cooking.
NOTE: the times mentioned are taken as average values, depending on the type of oven used.
Without defrosting, fry in oil previously heated to 170ºC for 4 minutes.
In the frying pan:
Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (170ºC) on both sides for 6-8 minutes over a low heat.
