In a gas or electric oven: Heat the oven to a high temperature (230ºC). Without defrosting, place the Douradinhos in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Halfway through cooking, turn the Douradinhos over.
NOTE : The times mentioned are taken as average values, depending on the type of oven used.
In the frying pan:
Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (170ºC) on both sides for 5 - 8 minutes over a low heat.
