A Iglo tem especial cuidado com as suas favas, congelando-as o mais rapidamente possível no dia da colheita para que retenham o máximo de nutrientes. Para lhe trazermos as favas mais saborosas, bem ao gosto português, colhemos as nossas favas na fase ideal de maturação congelando-as num rápido período de tempo para assegurar que todo o sabor, nutrientes e qualidade fiquem intactos.

Para preservar todo o seu valor nutritivo, aconselhamos que prepare as Favas em pouca água.

Micro-Ondas

Para 2 porções (160g). Sem descongelar, coloque o produto num recipiente próprio para microondas e adicione 3 colher de sopa de água. Coloque no micro-ondas durante 7 minutos com uma potência de 750W.

NOTA : Os tempos referidos entendem-se como valores médios, dependendo do micro-ondas utilizado.

Modo Tradicional:

Coloque as Favas num tacho com água a ferver e temperada com sal. Deixe levantar fervura novamente e coza-as durante 10 minutos.
